Hanz & Franz (the two Jokers) are here to pump the cards up! The magician shows everyone the two jokers and sets them aside. Next, he/she show the audience the ace of clubs, and announces, "Now this little girly ace will be pumped up by Hanz & Franz!" and show the two jokers again. He puts the ace inbetween the jokers and says, "Now, thanks to Hanz & Franz, the little girly ace is now [hits the cards] pumped up!" and reveals the ace. It has magically turned into the ace of spades!
First, place the ace of clubs second from the top of the deck. Place the ace of spades on the very top. Have the two jokers set aside.
Announce that they are Hanz & Franz. Show the audience the Ace of Clubs by performing the double lift. Then place it back on top of the deck, announcing that Hanz and Franz are here to pump up the card. Take the real top card and place it inbetween the jokers. Say the signature Hanz & Franz line: "Thanks to Hanz & Franz, the little girly card is now [hit the cards]...pumped up!" Reveal the Ace of Spades. You will gain some crowd appeal by using some of their favorite timeless characters!
